You have 90 seconds. Make them count.
November 2 + 3, 2026 / Online
Fifty extension artists. Ninety seconds each. One event built to give the industry real education instead of another sales pitch.
50 spots. First come, first served.
Who's joined us in the past
You'd be in good company.
Three summits, and every one of them built the same way. Fifty extension artists, ninety seconds each, no selling. Here's who showed up.

Hi, I'm Angie
The beauty industry may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. I'm on a mission to unify the extension industry, and it starts with artists just like you. So let's break free from what we've been taught and grow together.
Most would describe me as a dog mom, salon owner, and industry educator. But in reality, I'm so much more than that. And so are you.
This event exists because I got tired of watching great extension artists keep their best work to themselves while the loudest voices in the industry sold courses. Ninety seconds is short on purpose. It's long enough to teach something real and too short to sell anything.
If you're reading this, I think you're a powerhouse in the extension industry, and I'd love for you to share at The Extension Summit.

How it works
Two ways in. Pick the one that fits.
You don't have to do both. If you already know what you want to teach, skip straight to full registration. If you're in but haven't landed on a topic yet, say yes now and sort the rest out later.

You do not have to be live on November 2nd. Your video is pre-recorded. It plays whether you're behind the chair, on vacation, or asleep.
The only live thing you can sign up for today is the optional VIP speaker panel on Monday evening. If you skip it, nothing about your speaker spot changes.
Option 01
Say yes
Name, email, your Instagram handle, and a headshot. That's all I need. This is for you if you're in but haven't decided what you're teaching yet.
Grab a speaker spot Takes about a minuteSpots are held in the order they come in
Option 02
Already know what you want to share?
Go straight to full registration. Your bio, your links, and your presentation title and category. This is what I use to build your speaker page. Set aside about 15 minutes.
Complete full registration Due Tuesday, September 1What you get
Exposure, connection, and a cut.
Share your expertise
Your video runs during the live event and lives in the replay hub, where you get your own speaker page with your bio and direct links to your Instagram, TikTok, website, podcast, and freebie.
Your own Drive folder
Once you register I build you a shared Google Drive folder with your registration details, your uploads, and everything specific to you in one place. No digging through DMs to find what you sent me.
A done-for-you promo pack
If you choose to be an affiliate, you earn 40% on every ticket sold through your link. I write the emails, design the cover photos, and hand over the logos. All you commit to is one social media post and one email between September 6th and November 1st.
A private event Facebook group opens closer to the summit for speakers and attendees to connect.

The one live piece
The VIP Speaker Panel
On Monday evening, a small group of speakers joins me live for an open Q&A with our VIP attendees. Real questions from extension artists watching in real time. No slides, no prep, just conversation.
It's completely optional. If you'd rather stay behind the scenes, skip it. Your video still runs, your speaker page still goes up, and nothing about your spot changes.
You opt in on the full registration form. Yes, no, or maybe, and you can change your answer later. If you like being in the room, this is the room.

Your 90 seconds
One tip. No pitching.
Record 60 to 90 seconds on your best tip, demo, or piece of advice for an extension artist growing their business. Think TikTok pace, except the education is actually good.
When you're deciding what to share, think about the one thing you wish you'd known sooner. Or the thing you do differently that completely changed the game for you. There's no need to build a slide deck for 90 seconds, but you're welcome to if that's your jam. Some past speakers have included a quick PDF guide alongside their video.
Pick a category
Have an idea that doesn't fit? Pitch it on the registration form. I'm open to kick-ass ideas.
The specs
See it done
Nine speakers. Ninety seconds each.
Every one of these taught something real and finished before you'd have gotten through an intro. All landscape, all under 90 seconds, none of them selling anything.
Before you sit down
What full registration asks for.
I want this to be worth your time, not just my attendees'. That's why the full form collects everything I need to build your speaker page. Set aside about 15 minutes, gather your links first, and fill it out from a desktop if you can. Spots are filled strictly first come, first served, so the sooner you submit, the better.
Have ready
- Your presentation title
- Your bio, up to 5 sentences about you and your business
- The category your video falls into
Links for your speaker page
- TikTok
- Website
- Link in bio
- Podcast
- Your lead magnet or freebie
All optional except Instagram, but every link you add is another way an attendee can find you.
What happens after you submit
I build you a shared Google Drive folder with your registration details and anything else specific to you. That folder is where your speaker materials live, so nothing gets lost in a DM thread.
If you opted in as an affiliate, your promo pack lands there too. Written emails, cover photos, and logo files, ready to use.
What you get out of it
Your speaker profile.
Why do I make you fill out a form at all? So I can build you a custom profile inside the event portal and make sure attendees can find you after your 90 seconds are up.
Every link on your profile is clickable. Your Instagram, your website, your freebie, your podcast. When someone watches your video and wants more, they're one tap away instead of searching your name and hoping.
It's my way of saying thank you for sharing with this community.
Day 2 opportunity
VIP Guest Educator
Day 2 is a VIP experience featuring a handful of guest educators sharing 20 to 60 minute pre-recorded presentations. This is a separate opportunity from being a 90-second guest speaker, and you need to register as a speaker first to be considered.
It isn't a paid gig, but you do get to pitch at the end. Up to three minutes, either a free lead magnet or a paid offer. Courses, memberships, live classes, whatever you've got.
Suggested format
- A quick intro
- An overview of your topic
- Where stylists go wrong and overcomplicate it
- Your teaching segment
- Specific action steps that simplify what they already do
- A quick review
- Up to a 3-minute pitch
Good to know
- Choose your format: slide deck, technical demo, face to camera, or a mix
- Teach so attendees can act on it right away, not a webinar where they feel like they're missing the thing they have to buy
- Your presentation belongs to you. Just hold off using it elsewhere until December 1st
- Video due Monday, October 5th
- You'll hear back within 48 business hours of applying
- Dozens apply, only a handful of spots. If it's not this round, I'd love to have you next time

Questions
Everything speakers ask me.
Do I have to be live on the day of the event?
No. Your video is pre-recorded and plays without you. The only live thing you can opt into is the VIP speaker panel on Monday evening, and it's completely optional.
Does it cost anything to speak?
Nothing. Speaking is free, and every guest speaker gets a complimentary silver ticket, which is general admission to Day 1 plus extended replay access.
To be clear about what it isn't: the silver ticket doesn't include VIP, and it doesn't include Day 2. Those are separate.
Landscape or vertical?
Landscape. All 50 videos get compiled into one file that streams on a webinar platform, so a vertical video ends up boxed in with black bars on either side.
How do I send my video?
Google Drive or Dropbox, shared so I can actually download the file. Please don't send a view-only link or text it to me, because compression will wreck the quality.
Can I pitch my offer in my 90 seconds?
No, and that rule is what makes this event work. Ninety seconds is pure education. If you want a pitch, apply for the guest educator track on Day 2, where you get up to three minutes at the end of a longer class.
What if I've never recorded something like this?
Most people haven't. You're talking to your phone for 90 seconds about something you already know cold. No slides required, no production value expected, no script. If it helps, imagine you're answering a question from a stylist who just texted you.
Do I have to promote the event?
Becoming an affiliate is optional. If you skip it, you're still a speaker and nothing changes.
If you do opt in, you earn 40% on every ticket sold through your link, and you agree to one social media post and one email about the summit between September 6th and November 1st. I give you far more than that to work with: written emails, cover photos, and logo files, all dropped into your Drive folder.
When do educator applicants hear back?
Within 48 business hours of applying. Spots are limited, so applying early genuinely helps.
Who owns my video after the event?
You do. I just ask that you hold off on posting it elsewhere until December 1st, so the event stays the first place people see it. After that, it's yours to use however you want.
Can I be a 90-second speaker and a guest educator?
Yes, and that's the order it has to happen in. Register as a guest speaker first, then apply for the educator track on the same form. Educator spots are limited and not everyone who applies gets one.
What if I sign up and something comes up?
Tell me as early as you can. The one date I can't move around is October 1st, because every video goes into one compiled file after that.
