I'm a salon owner and industry educator and assistants are kinda my jam. I'm naturally obsessed with organization, tech, and automation (I know... kinda nerdy). But let me rewind to tell you how I got here.
While I was finishing up my bachelor's degree in Business Administration, I was also attending cosmetology school. Immediately upon graduation, I started working in a cosmetology school and within a year, I opened my own salon (yep, we're still there today).
I spent over a decade as a JPMS educator and as a director of education at the cosmetology school. I've helped train hundreds of students from Day 1 of their cosmetology career, and I know a thing or two about what it takes to be successful in this industry. Teaching is undoubtedly my passion, and in 2020 I went all-in on building my own education company.
