I, the undersigned client, enter into this agreement willingly for the provision of coaching services offered by Angie Mamone of Just a Hairdresser, LLC. I have reviewed, understood, and hereby accept the terms delineated in this Coaching Client Agreement.

I acknowledge that coaching is distinct from therapy or counseling services. Coaching is a supportive professional relationship aimed at fostering goal setting, performance enhancement, and personal and professional development. Coaching does not provide diagnosis or treatment for mental health conditions, and Angie is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, lawyer, financial, or legal professional.

PROGRAM: Angie shall deliver a group coaching initiative named “Breakthrough,” as detailed below:

DURATION: Breakthrough spans over an 8-week period, starting March 26th, 2024, and concluding on May 14th, 2024.

SCHEDULE: Group sessions are slated for every Tuesdays at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

ATTENDANCE: Mandatory attendance is expected for all group sessions, barring emergencies. Participants must be camera-ready and actively engage in each session.

REPLAYS: Access to session replays will be available throughout the Breakthrough program duration.

TERMS:

1. Payment: The investment of Breakthrough is a one-time payment of $497.

 2. Confidentiality: Confidentiality shall be maintained for information shared during group sessions, with no unauthorized external sharing permitted.

 3. Liability: Angie Mamone and Just a Hairdresser, LLC is not accountable for outcomes directly or indirectly related to the coaching process, which is not a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

 4. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angie Mamone and Just a Hairdresser, LLC from liabilities, claims, or losses (collectively “Liabilities”) resulting from participation in Refine, except for Liabilities emanating from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Provider.

 5. Non-Disparagement: Participants agree to refrain from engaging in slander, defamation, or issuing negative public statements about Angie Mamone and Just a Hairdresser, LLC or its affiliates during or post the coaching relationship. Concerns should be communicated directly and professionally to Angie Mamone and Just a Hairdresser, LLC. Breach of this clause may lead to legal and financial repercussions.

 6. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ohio, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Belmont County.

 7. No Refunds & Missed Sessions: No refunds shall be issued for the provided coaching services. There will be no make-up sessions for any missed calls by participants, nor extensions for participants who arrive late to sessions. The schedule is fixed, and participants are expected to adhere to the times stipulated. The only exception to this is if a session is canceled by Angie, in which case a rescheduled session will be arranged to make up for the lost time.

By completing checkout, I acknowledge comprehension, acceptance, and voluntary agreement to the terms outlined in this Coaching Client Agreement.
