I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows:

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the attendee ("Attendee") between Angie Mamone ("Organizer") and Attendee in connection with the Extended event ("Event") to be held on August 19th, 2024, in Wheeling, WV.

Professional-Only Event
The Attendee acknowledges and agrees that this Event is a professional-only event. Attendee must be a licensed cosmetologist or hairstylist to attend.

Payment Plan
If the Attendee chooses a payment plan, all payments must be completed on time. Failure to complete payments by this date may result in the forfeiture of the Attendee's ticket and reservation with no refund for previous payments.

Refunds and Transfers
The Attendee understands and agrees that there are no refunds for this Event. However, tickets may be transferred to another licensed hairdresser for a $50 processing fee with the exception of tickets redeemed with a coupon code. The original Attendee is responsible for finding a suitable replacement and notifying the Organizer in writing of the ticket transfer. Tickets redeemed with coupon code ARE NOT eligible for transfer under any circumstances.

Travel and Accommodations
The Attendee is solely responsible for all travel arrangements and expenses, including but not limited to hotel accommodations, airfare, and transportation to and from the Event.

Event/Guest Educator Cancellation
In the rare event that the Organizer has to cancel the Event, the Attendee's ticket will be transferred to a future event or another event hosted by the Organizer. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation. Guest educator lineup may change at any time with no notice.

Attendee Conduct
The Attendee agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the Event. The Attendee shall not engage in any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language or behavior towards other attendees, event staff, or the Organizer.
Disrupting or interfering with the Event, its speakers, or any educational sessions.
Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of Event content.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the Event without refund or recourse if the Attendee is found to be in violation of this conduct policy. The Attendee will be responsible for any costs or damages resulting from their inappropriate behavior.

Meals
Panera boxed lunch (sandwich and chips) will be provided. You may choose from one of three sandwich options. Customization is unavailable. Just a Hairdresser is not responsible for any errors in the lunch provided by Panera. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect orders, missing items, or any other discrepancies. In the event that the provided lunch is incorrect or unsatisfactory, Just a Hairdresser will not be responsible for providing a secondary option or replacement meal. If you have any dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own lunch.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Attendee confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms and agrees to be bound by them.
