Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or accessing this resource, "The Extension Collective" (hereinafter referred to as "the Collective"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or access the Collective.

Course Access and License: Personal Use Only

Upon successful payment, you will receive a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Collective and its resources for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not share, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Course or any part thereof to any third party. The Collective, including all related materials and resources, is provided for your personal use only. By accessing or using the Collective, you agree not to share, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Collective or any part thereof to any third party. You also agree not to use the Collective or any part thereof for commercial purposes or in any manner that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Course creators, their affiliates, or licensors.

Any unauthorized use or distribution of the Collective or any related materials and resources may result in the termination of your access to the Collective, as well as potential legal action against you for copyright infringement or other violations of applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided in the Collective, including but not limited to, videos, text, images, graphics, and other multimedia files, are the exclusive property of the Collective creators or their licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the Collective materials without the express written permission of the Collective creators or their licensors.

Refund and Chargeback Policy

Due to the nature of the contents and digital resources included, there are no refunds.

The Client will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to the Company or to the Client’s credit card and/or form of payment (ie, PayPal, Stripe, Kajabi Payments) for any reason whatsoever related to the Services. In the event of a chargeback, the Company reserves its right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account. 

By purchasing the Collective, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and chargeback policy. This is to ensure that our resources are used for serious and dedicated students. Dissatisfaction should be based on the Collective content and not extraneous factors, including but not limited to change of mind.

Rate Lock Guarantee

The membership rate at the time of your signup is locked in and guaranteed for the duration of your continuous membership. This rate will not increase as long as there are no interruptions in your membership status. 

Payment and Default

Payment for your membership must be made promptly at the time of the annual renewal. If a payment is not received or is delayed by more than 30 days, your membership will be considered in default.

In the event of a payment default, your membership will be canceled, and access to membership benefits will be suspended. To re-enroll after cancellation, you must re-register and will be subject to the current membership rate at the time of re-enrollment, which may differ from your original rate.

Cancellation Policy

Members may initiate cancellation of their membership directly through their account interface on our hosting platform. Upon receiving a cancellation request, our team will process the cancellation within 48 hours. Please plan accordingly to avoid any unwanted charges if your renewal date is approaching. Cancellation revokes all access.

Collective Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Collective and its components or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Collective and all related materials and resources in a lawful and ethical manner. You are prohibited from using the Collective or any part thereof for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, harassment, or distribution of harmful content. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to: harassment or discrimination, will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Collective creators, their affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access or use of the Course or any related materials and resources.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Collective creators, their affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access or use of the Collective or any related materials and resources, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the country where the Collective creators reside, without considering any principles of conflicts of laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your access or use of the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the country where the Collective creator resides (Ohio, USA).

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will become effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms where the Collective is offered. Your continued access or use of the Collective after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Earnings Disclaimer

The Collective and all related materials and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Collective creators, their affiliates, and licensors make no guarantee, representation, or warranty, express or implied, concerning the potential earnings, profits, or success that you may achieve as a result of applying the information and techniques provided in the Course.

Any examples, case studies, or testimonials presented in the Collective or related materials and resources do not represent or guarantee that you or anyone else will achieve similar results. Each individual's success depends on various factors, including but not limited to, their dedication, work ethic, background, experience, skills, and prevailing market conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that the Collective creators, their affiliates, and licensors shall not be held responsible or liable for any decisions or actions you take, or any results or consequences thereof, as a result of applying the information, techniques, or strategies provided in the Collective or any related materials and resources. You are solely responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results.

Angie is not affiliated with any of the guest speakers and does not endorse any views, products, or services presented by any guest speakers. The opinions and statements made by the speakers are their own and do not represent the views of the host or organizers of Angie or Just a Hairdresser. Attendees should conduct their own research and due diligence before making any decisions based on information presented in any bonus classes or replays.

Drip Content Schedule

Behind the Extensions is structured into several modules, which will be released to you on a weekly basis until all modules have been released. You will gain access to a new module each week, allowing you to progress through the Collective at a steady pace.

Please note that the actual release dates and content of the modules may be subject to change without prior notice, as we continually strive to improve the Collective and provide you with the best possible learning experience.
